Kathleen Jasper began her career in education as a high school biology, reading, and English teacher. She later became a curriculum specialist working on academic plans, professional development, and assessments. In 2011, she became an assistant principal at Estero High School in Lee County. She began her doctoral work at that time, focusing on educational leadership and education policy. She resigned her position with the public school system to design and create her own education consulting company. She partners with universities and school districts to implement effective teacher certification preparation programs. She is an adjunct professor in the College of Education at Florida Gulf Coast University, and she is the founder and CEO of NavaED, an education consulting company.

Jeremy Jasper, M.A.
Jeremy is a mathematics instructor with a master's degree in educational leadership. Using his math acumen, Jeremy specializes in 6-12 mathematics instruction in the area of ACT, GRE, FTCE. Jeremy currently works for the Lee County school district as the culinary instructor at Estero High School.

Kimberly Lynch, M.A.
Kim Lynch is a certified math instructor. She received her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Iowa and her Masters in Secondary Education with a focus in Mathematics from National Louis University. She recently moved to the Estero area from Chicago, Illinois and is currently a math teacher at Estero High School.
