How do I access my course after I purchase?

  • If this is your first online course purchase, you will receive a welcome email within 1-15 min of purchasing an online course. This email will contain your login information for our learning management system (LMS). Sometimes this email ends up in a junk folder, so be sure to check your spam/promotions folder if you do not see the welcome email. 
  • If this is not the first time you have purchased an online course and you have a course or courses in our LMS, then simply go to, log in, and your new course will be on your dashboard. If you forgot your password, choose the "forgot password" option.

Best practices when using your NavaED online course:

  • Use Google Chrome. The MOST important thing you can do when using our online products is to use Google Chrome as your internet browser. Internet Explorer is from the 90s; ditch it and use Chrome. Safari is ok, but Chrome works the best for any online courses and videos, not just ours. You can download Google Chrome here.
  • Be sure you are on good Wifi. Be sure you are NOT on your school's network/wifi. If you are trying to access our courses from your classroom computer and the login button isn't working or your course is not loading, your district's firewall is probably blocking us. If this is the case, you have two options:
    • Get off your school's network and use your own network (use your phone's wifi hotspot, or wait until you get to your home wifi).
    • Give your tech people this information, and ask that they unblock our LMS. They will not always do this, especially if they have strict network policies. Here is the info:
  • Clear your cache. Sometimes your cache gets clogged with cookies and browsing data. You have to clear that junk out periodically. Here is a video on how to do that.
