If you are not totally satisfied with our products, give us a call or send an email, and it will be our pleasure to assist you or refund you for your purchase. If you ordered the wrong item, email or call us, and we will fix it.
For physical books, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your book to request a return. Ship the book back using USPS media mail. To be eligible for a return, we must receive the book in the same condition that you received it.
Email us at Info@NavaED.com to return your book, and we’ll walk you through the process and document the refund.
For digital products, such as online courses, digital books, and webinars, you have 72 hours from the time you purchase the product to contact us if you would like a return. If you are eligible for a return, we will remove the digital item from your account and refund you for your purchase.
Because digital books are emailed to you and we have no way of taking them back, we do not refund people for digital books.
Damage and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the issue.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, no problem. Just give us a call or email us to start the exchange process. For physical books, you have 15 days from the day you receive the book to contact us to make the exchange. For digital products, you have 72 hours from the time you purchase the product to contact us to make the exchange.
Once we receive the returned item or remove you from your digital course, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
