At NavaED, we take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Personal information we collect

Privacy Policy Addendum for California Residents

This addendum supplements the Privacy Policy and describes additional privacy rights for residents of the State of California.

California residents are entitled to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Once a year, free of charge, you can request this information from the preceding year. NavaED does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CPPA) provides California residents with rights to received certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of personal information. You also have the right to know, access, delete, and limit the sharing of personal information. As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect the following categories of personal information that is subject to the CPPA:

Identifiers: We collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address when you interact on our site or purchase our products and services. We collect your social media handle when you interact with our social media sites.

Billing information: We collect your billing information when you purchase our products including your credit card number to provide you with products and services.

Activity: We collect your interaction with the content of our site to provide you with better, more customized products and services.

We may share this information with service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This is for business and operational purposes and to provide you with our products and services. These service providers are restricted from using your personal information for any purposes that are not related to our engagement. 

Right to Know/Access information

You have the right to request access to information we have collected about you in the last 12 months.
